Well, my journey began with a passion for nutrition and a Bachelor's degree in the field. After completing my degree, I had big dreams of making a difference in people's lives through nutrition. However, as I explored the clinical settings and hospitals, I realized that many clients were there due to medical reasons and not necessarily driven by their own motivation to achieve weight loss and better health. I knew deep down that I wanted to work with individuals who were eager to make positive changes in their lives and embrace a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
Determined to find my calling, I pursued a career in different corporate global multinational companies, specializing in Human Resources. In this role, I not only honed my skills in understanding the challenges faced by busy corporate professionals but also saw the profound impact that a balanced lifestyle and personalized nutrition could have on their well-being and performance.
